Head of Growth
At Mopinion we are looking for a Head of Growth for 32 – 40 hours per week.
Mopinion is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) that collects and analyses user feedback on websites, mobile apps and email. Delivering a “seamless digital experience” is all about putting the Voice of the Customer at the heart of an organisation. Mopinion facilitates companies in achieving this customer-centric approach with ease. We work with well over 250 enterprise companies such as KLM, T-Mobile, Walmart, Renault and Allianz.
To support our ambitions we are currently looking for an exceptional Head of Growth. Reporting to the Executive Board, the Head of Growth will serve as a member of our senior leadership team with responsibility for all aspects of our global revenue growth ambitions and managing our sales, marketing and expansion revenue teams.
Responsibilities (what you’ll do)
Craft and execute strategies for all Marketing & Sales efforts.
Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing & Sales departments.
Focus on getting prospects “through the funnel” (acquisition, activation, retention, upsell and cross sell).
Set, monitor and report on team goals and commercial targets.
Manage, organise and expand (hiring) the marketing and sales teams (two team leads, and 15 employees in total).
Design and optimise positioning, product propositions and pricing strategies.
Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features).
Responsible for revenue growth and the quarterly and annual planning of growth objectives.
Report on revenue growth to the Executive Board and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications (what you have):
Academic (HBO/WO) thinking level.
5+ years B2B Sales and Marketing experience within a disruptive tech industry (SaaS is pre).
3+ years experience with managing and increasing revenue and performance within a commercial environment.
3+ years leadership or (middle) management experience.
Experience with draft and execution of growth strategies within a high growth company (preferably a scale-up or start-up).
Hands on experience with enterprise sales processes and funnels, as well as knowing your way in today's fast changing digital marketing landscape.
Great time management and organisational skills.
Industry knowledge of digital marketing, customer experience, and user experience.
You are a resident of the European Union and can work within the EU.
Bonus Points for:
Successful track-record in (over)scoring targets.
PLG experience. We are a “Product Led Growth” company and always looking for new ways to improve and optimise our PLG strategies.
Knowledge of various “growth software” such as Salesforce, web and product analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Mixpanel), experimentation tools (i.e. AB tests with VWO, Google Optimize or Optimizely), SEO and SEA tools (Google Adwords, SEMrush), data analysis and reporting tools (i.e. Datastudio), and marketing automation tools (Hubspot or Pardot).
In-depth digital marketing experience with CRO, SEO and SEA.
