Lead Generation Specialist

Mopinion helps companies improve their digital customer experience (CX). Major brands such as Ahold, KLM, Decathlon, and De Bijenkorf use our SaaS technology to collect customer feedback from their websites, mobile apps, and email marketing campaigns.

To support our rapid growth, we are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to strengthen our presence in Europe. You will be part of our Sales team, while also working closely with other teams such as Marketing and Support. We support hybrid work with the location of this role being split between your home and our head office in the city center of Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

Your role within the team:

  • Your primary focus will be to find opportunities within accounts already in our client base.

  • Use social selling, phone and email channels to target new prospects and grow current accounts.

  • Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.

  • Work with the Growth Manager and Business Development Reps to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.

  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in Salesforce.com, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 1 year lead generation experience (ideally within the SaaS space).

  • Fluent in English (German is also an advantage).

  • Must be a self starter - Not afraid to take initiative and think up new ideas.

  • Already has an affinity with social selling, email and phone outreach techniques.

  • A hunter/target driven mentality.
