Mopinion helps companies improve their digital customer experience (CX). Major brands such as Kaufland, Allianz, SportScheck,and Tommy Hilfiger use our SaaS technology to collect customer feedback from their websites, mobile apps, and email marketing campaigns.
To support our rapid growth, we are looking for a Sales Development Specialist to strengthen our presence in the DACH region. You will be part of our Sales team, while also working closely with other teams such as Marketing and Support. We support hybrid and remote work with the location of this role either being fully remote or split between your home and our head office in the city center of Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
Your role within the team:
Your primary focus will be to find new opportunities both within existing and new accounts in the DACH region.
Use social selling, phone and email channels to target new prospects and grow current accounts.
Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.
Work with the Head of Sales and Business Development Managers to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
Manage data for new and prospective clients in Salesforce.com, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.

What we are looking for:
Minimum 1 year lead generation/sales development experience (ideally within the SaaS space).
Fluent in German.
Must be a self starter - Not afraid to take initiative and think up new ideas.
Already has an affinity with social selling, email and phone outreach techniques.
Familiarity with Linkedin, Salesforce and Apollo.io is preferred but not essential.
A hunter/target driven mentality.
